Child protection coordinators
The church child protection coordinators are responsible for ensuring Sutton Vineyard is meeting its commitments to safeguard and promote the welfare of all our children and young people. They are responsible for ensuring that Sutton Vineyard has a current child protection policy which is reviewed annually and that all our staff (paid and unpaid) are safely recruited and trained to fulfil their roles in accordance with the Children Act 1989, Children Act 2004, Working Together 2013 and London Child Protection Procedures (2010).
Since 2006 Lynne has worked within the education sector training staff to look out for and refer any signs of abuse and neglect. She has extensive training experience in both the health and education sectors and is an accredited NSPCC trainer. She has also worked independently for Camden and Gloucester LSCBs.
