Sutton Vineyard understands the growing need to communicate with young people but believe this should be done in a safe and appropriate way to protect all those involved.

If you are looking to communicate with a Young person out of the remits set out in the Communication Safeguarding Policy please fill out the the following Non Standard Contact disclosure form.

Once completed the form will go through to the Youth pastor who will review and confirm.
